Bath Office Co. provides spaces for businesses to call their own – a place to call work – without the risk, or hassle, of a standard commercial lease; offering the right mix of affordability, location, and control. Established in 2020 and now operating five locations in Bath and one in Bristol, we are a family business supported by an array of invaluable third parties, who support us in servicing our buildings and customers.

Bath Office Co. was founded at the advent of the pandemic in 2020, by Managing Director, Jamie Williams. Having spent 10 years working at CX and advertising agencies in the UK and internationally, but growing disillusioned by long commutes and little time spent with a young family, an opportunity was spotted to approach landlords about their vacant space, and Bath Office Co. was born. 

Operating via a mix of ownership, leasing and JV business models, we made it our mission to re-energise every space, nook and cranny to realise each building’s potential. This has allowed us to welcome clients from a plethora of sectors and industries and we are proud to accommodate accountancy firms, stockbrokers, creative agencies, architects, YouTube creators, therapists, writers, hair stylists, business coaches, solicitors, engineers, designers, video editors, software developers, to name a few, all of whom call Bath Office Co. their place to call work.

In 2023, we expanded our South West presence with the launch of Bristol Office Co. and its acquisition of a prominent Grade II listed building on St Augustine’s Parade, offering 6,400sqf over three floors in the heart of Bristol. Our expansion isn’t limited to Bristol, we plan to open a new centre in Bath in the coming months.


We continually evolve the way we work, and are aware of the important role we have to play in reducing our carbon footprint. All of our buildings are powered by renewable energy sources, we minimise waste that goes to landfill, and are moving to make our operations entirely paperless.
